“Why don’t we do this more often. This is fun.”, Marivic said while she and Paolo were swinging both their feet at the back of their pick-up truck. It was the first time I heard those words from a couple and for the first time, it felt like I was home. Paolo & Marivic invited me to step into their lives and gave me every bit of authority to tell their story in the only way I know how to.

It’s corny, I know, but December could not get any sweeter than this.

These photos are an exact master storyteller of how i feel before Paolo came to my life: me just wandering aimlessly, resisting to stay and be. And how he came to me with his passion in adventure sports and sports bike, met with my passion of traveling far far away surfaced the bad, the good, and the evil yet the promise of the amazing future that binds us stronger each day. Us in the pickup is the exact reminder of how i would never have to be alone anymore but that he would be there to run away with me; and it doesnt matter whether we walk a cow-poo free road or not. We will hike, we will ride, we will fly away Paolo&I. And yes, this is definitely where I belong. Thank u Jeff. I thought we will just do just another photoshoot. I never thought we will do a lifestory for keeps. I will never forget.

Marivic, it was meant to be that way ever since... There is just no other way of telling your story. My heart aches in sheer happiness. Salamat kaayo!
