It was November when I first met Mark and Krissa
On round table just before the counter we talked
Like we’ve known each other for quite sometime
In February, we met again for a few pre wedding pictures
And drove all the way to Dumaguete, where Mark is from

These two celebrated their wedding around this time yesterday
On a day that, just like most weddings, was full of imperfections
But like Mark said towards the end of the reception
“The imperfections made the day perfect.”

We were time pressed, and there were a few missed pictures
But these Mark and Krissa weren’t shaken
It’s their wedding day, what more can anyone ask for?

Everybody gathered at Parklane Hotel for the dress-up

It’s usually the bride’s room that’s full people.

There aren’t too many places to shoot at Parklane but we try

Here’s Mark

And a back view of me at work.

I took the gentlemen out on the street for a few pictures

As for the ladies, we just made use of the room

I had to take this when I saw it yesterday.

While I took this, Krissa’s Mama was beside us. A little worried because we were running late.

Luckily, I was able to capture this before we drove up to Chateau de Busay

See Krissa’s Mama :)

They were getting married here!

A few friends who came by to celebrate

And family too!

And then it was time.

Mark’s Papa, officiated their wedding. According to him, it was the 75th wedding that he officiated.

There were mixed reactions when Mark and Krissa exchanged vows.

But this is the best reaction. No pictures please!

Here they are.

Mark hugged his Mama just before the ceremony ended.

Everyone was really happy and wanted a pictures of Mark and Krissa to remember by.

Finally!

We didn’t get to shoot a group photo at Parklane so we had to take one after the ceremony. It was already dark but still. Those laughter and smiles were enough to light up the picture.

The reception was setup at the upper garden.

It was almost dark when we finished with the group pictures.

You can actually see the moon above.

These two deserved this day.

I could not be happier you asked me to be there to take the pictures.

Thank You Pas and Krissa!

Krissa and his Papa.

It was a lovely, lovely day.

Everyone stayed until the end.

We went home happy and fulfilled. See you again soon, Mr. and Mrs. Elardo alright?
