August has always had a few more holidays than most months.
This year’s version of the 8th month is packed with 2 extended weekends.
Which only means, a little bit of unwinding, you know?
The first of two long weekends was last week.
We opted for a drive south, to Basdaku in Moalboal
While the beach looked really nice for snorkelling
The kids were not to fond of the waves, I’m guessing they prefer Tabuelan
So we are heading there on the next long weekend
On our way home, we took the Ronda-Argao route
And passed by Argao proper for some Torta

Because I’m too old for big cameras
We left Cebu City at around 6 in the morning. After preparing pork adobo for lunch. Oh yeah!

After an hour or so, we climbed up to Barili. We passed by Carcar for Berocca and pusu.

Since we didn’t have breakfast, we stopped just in front of Milk Station to grab breakfast.
People were already there.
We tried the Ube and Chocolate Ice Cream.

The sea looked wonderful.
We brought a lot. I don’t know why.

I brought my play tent. Hahaha.

I thought the place would be packed with people. Luckily, we still had a space under a coconut tree.

It was the first time we brought our guitar. More songs!
These two can’t wait to hit the sea.

Really small here but I can see them.
It was also nice for snorkelling. I saw a clown fish just a few meters from the shore.
